Even though I just joined the family, the Customer Service was great. Working with Traci was a breeze getting the quotes and working up my information was top notch. And the referral from my Credit Union was just what I needed.

Traci was great on follow through as we purchased insurance for a new house and moved our insurance from our old house to MemberHaven. She followed up on dates and items that needed to be moved, dropped and added. She would remind me if I missed an email that i needed to respond to . She was GREAT!!!!!!
